Stage 1: Register your interest

Register your interest through the Translink Careers website. You will then be issued a link to complete your online application form.

Keep an eye on your email inbox, including your spam and junk folders, for updates.

Stage 2: Complete Your Application

Complete and submit the formal online application form, ensuring you provide the required information and demonstrate how you meet the essential criteria.

Stage 3: Rail Conductor Recruitment Event

Candidates who successfully progress through the application stage will be invited to attend a Rail Conductor Recruitment Event, which will include a role-play exercise.

Candidates may also be asked to complete an online psychometric test as part of the assessment process.

Stage 3: Pre-Employment Checks

Successful candidates will be required to complete pre-employment checks, including a medical assessment, employment references and verification of their right to work in the UK.

A start date will be confirmed following completion of the required checks.
