We’re currently recruiting Bus Drivers to work across our network including Ulster Bus, Metro and Glider.
With us you’ll be so much more than a Bus Driver; you’ll be the face of Translink! You will play a pivotal role within our community, safely keeping Northern Ireland moving, should that be to school, work, social events or appointments.

Metro Bus and the Glider services cover the Belfast City Centre and wider Belfast Areas including Newtownabbey, Short Stand, Falls, Milewater Service Centre.
We are the accessible, inclusive and green public transport provider for Northern Ireland. The first choice for travel, today and for tomorrow.
We provide award-winning bus, coach and rail services and is recognised as an Industry leader who has continued to deliver strong performance despite challenging economic times.
At present, we have over 4000 employees and have several exciting projects underway that will positively contribute to the NI economy and ensure we meet our Climate Action Pledge to reach net zero carbon by 2040.

We provide the training to get you one!
Our recruitment team gets you licence ready before you head to the training school where our dedicated trainers start the lessons. Our expert Training Team have a wealth of bus driving and customer service experience between them to prepare you for the road ahead.

Applicants must be aged 21 or over (in order to obtain a PCV licence), eligible to work in the UK, hold a current driving licence and have been driving for a minimum of two years. You do not have to hold a PCV licence as full bus driver training will be provided.
